We stand behind the quality of our products. All items purchased from Roxal come with our standard warranty coverage.

Lifetime Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair or replace it at no charge with the same or similar product.

Warranty Period

All products are covered for for life from the date of purchase. 

What's Not Covered

• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs
• Damage from improper storage or maintenance

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with your order number and a description of the issue. We may request photos or additional information to process your claim.
